BOOKING POLICY: A credit card is required to book all appointments. For your safety and security credit card information is not taken over the phone or through text. Appointments can only be booked online at styleseat.com/lashluxechicago. Once booked please check for a confirmation email with all future details.
If you plan on pre-booking your next appointment in suite you will be sent a conformation link via text. You must click the link to confirm appointment.
LATE POLICY: Please plan on arriving to your appointment on time. All services are specifically timed out to give each client optimal results. Late appointments past 10 minutes will be asked to reschedule and be counted as a no-show resulting in 100% charge of the service. If you are going to be past 10 minutes late please text me as I may have extra time to still service you.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING POLICY: As a courtesy, appointment reminders will be sent via email and text 72 hours, 24 hours, and 1 hour prior to your appointment, including a direct link to your StyleSeat profile for easy cancellation and rescheduling. Please note that all appointments must be canceled online. You will receive an email and text confirming your cancellation immediately after processing. If you do not receive confirmation of your cancellation, then your appointment has not been canceled, and you will be responsible for attending.
Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations will incur a fee equal to 100% of the service cost, with no exceptions. These fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
PAYMENTS: All services can be paid through the following methods: StyleSeat (scheduling system), Zelle, Venmo, or cash. an incentive, clients can save $20 off any full set of eyelash extensions or a keratin lash lift when paying in cash. Additionally, all booking and credit card fees will be waived at the end of your appointment.
LASH TOUCH UP POLICY: To qualify for a lash extension touch up/fill, at least 30% of your eyelash extensions must remain. If you have less than 30%, you will need to book a full set or an extended fill. Foreign fills will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may require additional time or a removal. Charges will be based on the time spent to complete the service.
EYE HEALTH POLICY: Clients are responsible for communicating any allergies, sensitivities, or concerns prior to their appointment. Unfortunately, clients with the following contraindications cannot receive services: herpes, cold sores, open sores, warts, bleeding, any transmissible or contagious diseases, skin conditions, allergies or sensitivities to lash glue, pink eye, styes, and similar conditions. All concerns must be addressed before booking.
CELL PHONE POLICY: We kindly ask that all cell phones be turned off or set to silent during your lash appointment. If you are receiving a lash session, please refrain from openin your eyes to check your devices until your session is complete. This is important as your lash specialist will be using tweezers, adhesive, and other tools near the delicate eye area. Checking your devices can take time away from your service and may irritate your eyes during or after the session. Thank you for your understanding!
GUESTS/ CHILDREN POLICY No kids or extra guests are allowed in the suite during your service.
Clients must be at least 15 years or older to receive services. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must be present in the treatment room during the consultation.
FIX POLICY: If you require a complimentary fix for any reason, please contact me directly within 3 days of your initial appointment. I will schedule you for a 30-minute complimentary fix within the week. Please note that if you cancel or do not show up for your appointment, you will forfeit your eligibility for another free fix appointment. Additionally, there are no refunds for services that have been completed.
